Pregnancy twinge?

Been trying for a few months now. Period is only 3 days late, which isn’t unusual, but Ive been feeling slightly....off. Idk how else to say it. And burping a good bit but I haven’t really been feeling gassy. But I’ve had the occasional slight twinge like right beside my belly button. Are these symptoms (aside from the period) or am I just being too hopeful? Trying to decide if I should test.
