Thrush?

I noticed when I got out of the shower today that my nipples had white in the crevasse/cracks and along part of the outer edge. I had noticed they were brighter pink a few days ago.

I don’t have any pain (I exclusively pump if that matters). Baby has a bit of bad breath, but I don’t see any major white patches or anything.

The closest thing I see online is thrush... but is it possible to have it without pain?

I have a pediatrician appointment in one week and an on appointment in a week and a half. Do I ask then or should I be more concerned and go sooner? Other than sanitizing my pump and washing my hands/breast well, anything I should be doing immediately?
