Anyone ever tried this program!? I am doing it now and I LOVE it so far.

Wondering if y’all have heard of it / feel the same way/ know anything specific about it.

They basically are teaching us how to eat properly with our own food & we have a workout plan.

Carb cycling. Intermittent fasting. Macro tracking.

My coach is amazing. Extremely uplifting. REALISTIC.
