Dog acting up since baby’s born

Baby is 3 weeks old. For a week now our dog has been acting up. She follows and barks after whoever is carrying the baby. She started chewing shoes again. She has destroyed the plants outside and she is digging holes outside. It is very annoying because she is an indoor dog and I can’t wash her all the time and clean up her mess since it’s only been 3w since C section. We play with her and all, but obviously not like before since we’re tired from sleepless nights.

What can we do??? Anyone has gone through it and can offer advice?
