Period and ovulation help

So I had a massive wave of nausea and some ovulation Cm on my cd17 a couple of days earlier than thought as well as correct temp, but I’m now 16 dpo and on 13dpo-15dpo I had cramps like I was due to come on but today I have no cramps and no sign of anything... I’ve been nauseas my whole DPO stage when I wake but nothing else as well as occasionally shooting pain in boobs and some kinda nipple sensitivity but all cheap tests I’ve taken are all negative ?
