Dripping nose

My nose has been lightly dripping for the past like 4 days. I am now 13 dpo. I tested 2 days ago in the afternoon and I was negative. So I’m waiting till tomorrow to use my digital. But I’m so nervous. Anyway. I have been hungry and Moody. Lately and I haven’t had my normal cervical mucus that I would have before my period which is dry and thick. It’s been steady wet. Sooooo I’m praying and hoping. Because tomorrow is my hubs birthday. And I would love to be able to tell him.
