Confused opk help?

I took this yesterday (CD 11)

I thought that was a positive. 
We didnt get a chance to BD this this morning and when I took an opk this morning(cd12) it was negitive. Did I o yesterday? Did I miss my chance ?

Answer

Yes it was positive yesterday. But that doesn’t mean your egg released right at that moment. If you bd this morning you should be good. Egg releases 24-36 hours after the positive test. Then the egg can stay 12-24 hours. All the best!
