Early Labor HELP

I've been stuck in early labor since Monday and I'm in so much pain 😭 the hospital won't take me back until I'm at contractions every 3 minutes. They are very sporadic between 5-15 mins. Every contraction is super painful and I'm unable to walk or talk through them. I'm 4 cm last time I was checked (yesterday morning). I had an epidural at this point with my first born. I don't know how much more of this I can take. Does anyone know any way to speed things up or make contractions regular? I need relief desperately. Every contraction woke me up last night. 😪
