Where would baby sleep?

We just got a pack n play and not sure where we should have our little one sleep once she is here.. the napper on top or the bassinet area right below it? If on the mattress below doin need to get anything on top of that?

The bassinet part under the napper. Never used napper because it was not sids safe. You have to take changing table and napper off.

Technically your supposed to use the bassinet because the "sleeper" is not a flat surface.

With my first I was afraid to use nappers for sleep or even naps, it didn't look big enough for me even tho my son was a premie. He slept in the mattress below. We only put fitted sheet on it. This time I'll do the same but I'll put quilted sheet for extra comfort (this baby will stay much longer in pack and play)

I was honestly baffled by your question at first but this is really helpful! I didn't realize they couldn't sleep in the napper, I thought there was just a weight limit. Thanks everyone for responding and thanks for asking!

We got a pack and play to save on space but I did buy a memory foam mattress for better comfort

Bassinet is the flat part underneath. I always put the bouncy chair on the ground in front of me (like if I was folding laundry or something).  Never used it for sleeping - more of an ‘I can’t hold you right now’ chair.  When we weren’t using either I kept the pack and play this way to save space

We took the napper off and never used it because it’s not really sleep safe. He slept on the bassinet part right under it. The change table was super useful tho!

We’ve used the sleeper a couple of nights and he seems to sleep better in it. However he’s starting to break out of his swaddles so now we’re transitioning to the bassinet and having him wear footie pajamas so if he rolls himself to the side it won’t be so dangerous. 
So i guess for me i felt fine as Long as he was swaddled and couldn’t move around but wouldn’t use it overnight if you’re not swaddling your LO.
