Pregnancy questions

So I am 17 weeks pregnant and me and my boyfriend were laying down last night and he has his arm around me soo I was putting on some relaxing music to help us fall asleep because we stayed up late and when I turned over on my side a little bit below my rib cage I feel a hard poke ! And I freaked out like “ BABE DID U JUST POKE MY STOMACH HELLA HARD!?” He goes no what happened . I’m like i don’t know totally freaking out . It sorta felt like someone had poked me hard but from the inside . It couldn’t have been the baby because it’s way too soon for him to travel that high up my stomach . Am I the only one who experienced this ? What is it ?
