ICSI and the two week wait

Had ICSI insemination a week ago and have another week to wait before the pregnancy test. Anyone else going through a similar thing? The 2 week wait is agonising; you judge every little twinge and emotion. You second guess yourself every day. You think about it every minute. The thought of going through ivf again is depressing. Everything is crossed that this works. My husband has cancer so we could do with some good news now to see us through his remission. Positive thoughts please people!!!
