Has anybody used EPO to induce labor? It's one of the things along with sex and exercise that can induce labor

I does not induce labor. I took it and was induced. I didn’t have any tearing or stitches so I think maybe it helped with that.

It doesn’t induce labor but it ripens the cervix :) I’ve been taking since 36 weeks

My doctor told me not to. But to drink red raspberry leaf tea, eat eggplant, bounce on my yoga ball and "snuggle" my beloved. It's been working for me 2cm and 20% at my check yesterday.

Haven’t tried yet but my midwife said a 400-500mg vaginal suppository was a-ok. Just don’t use the same nights as you have sex.
