Sex and bleeding #confused

Hey guys so I need opinions and advice. I'm 17 and I have PCOS. I am sexually active and my hymen has broken about 3 times. Is that normal? Originally I thought it broke before having sex because of fingering but, then I believed it fully broke after having sex for the 1st time. I hadn't had sex in a while since me and my ex broke up but I recently did. I ended up bleeding again tho.. and it was kind of embarrassing but, I'm just confused on why I did. I don't know if my hymen like grew back or if it's my PCOS. Also I'm ovulating not on my period and I never bleed after it either. Please help 😂💀💀
