itching down there IM DESPERATE

so for a while now i’ve had perineal itching and sensitivity. since october of last year maybe. and it comes and goes. sometimes it leaves for a month and then it comes back. well recently it hasn’t been going away. for the past month or two. i think it may have something to do w my thongs but i’m not sure. i have ruled out all the possibilities of it being an STD so that’s out of the pic. i’ve done all these things

1. taken diflucan. no result

2. used a 7 day monistat cream for yeast infection (i started my period on the second day and had to finish the cycle)

3. i’ve done a monistat acidity test. no color change it stayed yellow.

4. i’ve taken some medicines for fungal and yeast infection. it stops while using it but as soon as i stop it starts itching again.

5. i stopped wearing thongs for a while and the symptoms got better. but sometimes they got worse on their own.

6. i have used anti itch vagina creams for fungal and things and they only work for a short amount of time.

i have bumps (they look just like fordyce spots. they have no itch or burn or heads so that’s what i assume they are) but my perineum gets sensitive and itchy and gets “cuts” on it (itchy red sometimes inflamed lines”

trust me ! i’ve tried going to the doctor and my mom won’t take me. she thinks it’s a “ticket back to sex” bc i had expressed concern about it to her and what i could do to my bf. does anybody have ideas ?????
