Feeling Hopeful!

I’m 7DPIUI and I had the most amazing dream. I dreamt I finally got a positive pregnancy test after 3 years of trying. Then it turned into a nightmare I went to one of the worlds Top fertility specialist and he told me my baby had a low heartbeat and may not make it. But my baby was a fighter and he made it to full term and damn was he the most beautiful baby boy Iv ever seen. Now I’m probably just excited and feeling hopeful but I’m praying this was also a sign that I’m finally pregnant. We had really good odds this IUI.
