Just a alittle frustrated

My 8 year old has been waking up with a attitude for the past week. When brushing his teeth he just stands there and stare, and when I say brush your teeth he starts moving as slow as he can. Then putting on his clothes and shoes is the same way. Like I can tell he wants a reaction.

Now both my boys bedtime is 8pm. Would it be unfair to send my 8 year old to bed at 7 instead? Until his attitude is better?
