Is the risk of multiples lower if your taking femara/clomid & DON’T have PCOS?

I read an article about how PCOS & meds make for a big risk of multiples bc you haven’t been ovulating & when you do, you release multiple eggs.

I’m taking to up our chances after almost a year no pregnancy. But I ovulate every cycle.

I wonder about this bc since I married my dh, ppl have been telling me we will have twins. Even ppl who have no idea we’re ttc, or ever plan to have a baby. I have gotten texts from 3, THREE!!! Dif friends that said they had a dream I had twins.

Just curious.
