Miscarriages.

So on December 2, 2018. I found out I was pregnant & a little over a month ago, I had a miscarriage & I was 9 weeks but my baby was measuring at 7 weeks. My doctor couldn’t find a heart beat. They then had to surgically remove my baby, to decrease my chances of getting a blood clot and other internal bleeding. To the mommy’s who’ve had a miscarriage how did you guys cope with it? Sometimes I feel like it my fault and my boyfriend thinks it’s his fault.
