I’ve been in a relationship with the same man since October 2010. We have a son together.

We aren’t married.

I always thought it would be in the books eventually.

He told me today that he never wants to be married again (his ex-wife really did a number on him)

I’m seriously lost. I want to get married and be a family with the same last name and just feel connected.

I plan on having a conversation with him eventually - but not getting married is a total deal breaker for me.

I’m not getting any younger.
