Recommendations

I recently came down with a cold. It's not a major one just a runny nose and sore throat. But it is enough to make me feel like crap. Unfortunately with me being pregnant I can't just go out and buy the firat medicine I see. So I am wondering if any of you ladies have any recommendations on what medicine I can get. I have a 3 and 5 year old here so I can't just sleep and hope it goes away faster. Anything to make it a little more manageable would be great.
