UTI’s ??

Hi, so I’m 15 and I get uti’s all the time. They will sometimes only last for a few hours and then they could last for a few days. I feel a uncomfortable stinging pain in my vagina and always have the need to pee when it happens, so I will usually just sit on the toilet for a while. I have had this problem since I was about 11 and starting puberty and all that. My mum and I talk about it a lot and she definitely knows when I get and how often I get them. Should I be worried and see a doctor? Just need some opinions :)

UPDATE :

So I have been to the doctors and gotten bloods done and I have a chemical imbalance in my system and I have been perscribed medication that will settle my hormones and acids and all that in my body and the doctor said I should feel normal within the next 4 weeks.
