Shame about when I lost virginity

I frequently get embarrassed and shameful about when I lost my virginity. Not because I lost it young, but because I was 19. I know that’s not too young, however I still feel embarrassed when friends talk about losing their virginity in high school. Often times when I mention I was 19 I’m met with “wow you were so old!”. I know it’s not super unusual, however it does get me down. If you lost your virginity later, do you have embarrassment? If so, how do you deal with it? Thanks!
