I am 4+4 today and totally panicked it will come again. So scared

With both pregnancies it started about week 3. With my first it was awful and lasted the entire time until delivery. This pregnancy has been a lot easier and it sucked until about week 20 and I’m 26 weeks now. I still feel lightheaded and dizzy a lot but don’t throw up anymore. Some days are worse than others but much more bearable than my first.
