Why can’t I orgasm?

I know this is really tmi but I really feel like my vag is kinda broke lol. I’m 15 and me and my boyfriend have been together for about half a year. We’ve been messing around for a bit now (no sex or anything) but every time he touches me, I stop him. I just get so overwhelmed with the feeling that I end up begging him to stop, even crying sometimes. It’s so frustrating because he doesn’t know what he can do to help. I really like it, but it just gets too much. Anyone else have this or am I just weird? What should I do? Help pls.
