Severe Pain after D&C

I had a D&C on 3/7. I had hardly any pain until exactly a week after. I have had four days of unrelenting pain on my right side. I did go to the ER because my doc office was closed due to a snow storm. The ER said everything looked fine on CT and Ultrasound. They basically said there’s no infection or reason for it and it would eventually stop.

This is pain unlike period cramp pain. It’s horrible. It’s my right side pelvic are below my abdomen and down my upper thigh and around my back. It wakes me up in the night and ibuprofen does help but wears off quickly. The narcotic pain meds they gave me literally do nothing. Has anyone experienced this? It is so horrible and I go back to work Monday and don’t see my doctor until Wednesday.
