Yeast infections

So I’ve been really itchy, and I noticed the outside of my vagina smells. Like a faint fish/yeasty smell. I got tested for bv on Thursday and it came back negative so I’m thinking maybe it’s a yeast infection? My discharge is normal on my underwear but around my vagina it’s all crumbly. Like tissue paper goes but I know it’s not toilet paper. Is this a yeast infection? Has anyone else had that crumbly mess all over their vagina but discharge seems normal?
