Never tracked just remembered most of the time.

Like 3 months old. You just get into a rhythm of when they need to be changed/fed/etc. if they didn’t have enough soiled diapers or wet diapers or not eating I would notice.

I never tracked any of that. They ate every 4 hours and I changed them as needed.

Around 2 months. You learn to go with the flow. Unless something seemed off I didn’t do it. And he was fine. Imagine when people didn’t have cell phones or the internet, I doubt moms were constantly writing journals of when they fed and how long they slept lol They wouldn’t have more than 1 kid 😂

We tracked them for the first 9ish months or so for the simple fact that it makes it far easier to notice any trends with your baby. It has nothing to do with remembering when to feed your child or change their diaper. Those things should be common sense. Pediatricians recommend you track those things because it makes it easier for them (and you) to notice if something is off whether it's your child not eating as much or not sleeping quite as well. It can help with putting them on a schedule if you're trying to sleep train too. It's super helpful information to have on hand!

I have 2 little ones: 3 years old and 10.5 months old. For the big guy, I tracked EVERYTHING for probably the first year and a half. He got sick a lot and it was sooo much easier to have the answers to the doctor’s questions in my phone! After that I still occasionally tracked naps, and when he gets sick I still use Glow to this day to track his medicine. 
I kept the app because I got pregnant right around when I stopped tracking my oldest regularly and I knew I’d want to use it once I had the baby. I’m probably going to track past a year with him too 🤷🏻‍♀️

I tracked for the first month with my first, and never tracked again. You get good at remembering and kind of start a routine. 🤷🏻‍♀️
