Clicking/popping sound coming from my womb

Has anyone here experienced a clicking or popping sound coming from their womb? It happened to me the first time a few weeks ago and I thought I must have cracked one of my joints and just not realized it. It has been increasing in frequency to probably 8-10 times a day now. I asked my friend who is a doula and my friend who is a nurse and neither had heard of it. I did a google search and apparently many people have this happen but the medical community doesn’t know exactly what it is. They have theories. 🤷🏼‍♀️ So I’m curious of any of you have had it happen.
