Confused!

Okay. So. I had my son almost 3 years ago. Went on the the pill as soon after his birth as I could. So I was back on it for 2.5 years. I got off of it in January. Did what the doc recommended “finish the pack and then get your period for that and it’ll happen naturally from there!” So I did. First period was 3-4 days late. Now here I am. Second month. 6 days late from my projected period. I’m confused. I’ve never had a period this late before. I’m not really having any pregnancy symptoms. I’ve taken 3 tests. All negative. My nipples hurt to touch. But that’s it. And no real signs of AF. Few cramps here and there. When I was pregnant with my son my breasts hurt really bad and I had terrible stomach pains/nausea. So I’m not sure what’s going on! I don’t want to hold onto hope that I’m pregnant. Because frankly I’m not sure. 🤦🏻‍♀️ anyone else experience this? Or anyone possibly know what could be going on?
