Tips to calm down!
I’m 32 weeks in two days, and i’ve had an up and down experience with my emotions throughout the pregnancy. But braxton hicks contractions have start recently and I got so upset earlier I ranting and yelling at the top of my lungs. So much so that my back started hurting SO bad, and my stomach got tight so I’m assuming it caused braxton hicks. Any tips on how to calm down so i can reduce these unnecessary pains?
