Super confused !!

Here is my story!!! Miscarried baby number 4 back in August .... miscarried again in January ... then decided I’m done trying going to focus on myself ( had 20 lbs of extra weight from my miscarriages ) ... February only had a 2 day period. Which has never ever happened in my life.... and now no March cycle I am 3 days late! Took a pregnancy test it came negative.

No clue what is going on. We have been trying to avoid pregnancy.... we did have unprotected sex a few weeks ago. Which I thought was after ovulation....

What is going on!!!!
