Autistic son. Advice
My son was just recently diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (level 3) We somewhat knew he was different because he wasn't always cuddly, started reaching his milestones late after 9 months old. Started crawling at 15 months and walking at 18 months. By the time he was 22 months everything started changing. He was making less eye contact, the words that he used to say were completely gone, sometimes responds to his name, hand flaps from time to time and will bang/tap on objects. He's beginning to say Dada again and babbling so much more, now that he no longer has his pacifier. It scares me everyday not knowing what quality of life he is going to have because he is so young and autism symptoms are always changing. Just wondering if anyone has any experience and words of encouragement. I would really appreciate it❤️
