I have an interchangeable shower head, so I put it on the hard one that feels like a jet powered stream since my shower pressure is insane. And I’ll sit on the floor of it and just kind of spread and go to town on the course yknow? But if your shower pressure is as crazy as mine make sure you give yourself a break every now and again since it can get painful afterwards
