Cause for concern?

6 + 5 with first pregnancy and being a bit of a stress head I’m concerned about every little thing!

I have had intermittent dull aches and pains in my right pelvis last night and today. I’ve had no bleeding or spotting and all my other symptoms are still there- sore boobs, nausea, etc.

I have a cyst on my right ovary and endometriosis and wondering if that could be the cause?

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, should I make one for today instead or am I okay to wait a little longer?

Have any other mummies experienced this??
