Playing hard to get

I’ve been a very good girl. Very loyal and committed to my relationship. Him and I’ve been talking for 4 months now. I try everything I can to see him and spend time with him every time I can. But when I want to hang out he’s busy most of the time (I’m not denying that he’s busy). Should I play hard to get so every time he wants to hang out I don’t come off as easy and always available for him? Are you about the playing hard to get game even though you’re not really busy or do you think it’s immature? If you think it’s immature what should I do about the situation? Thanks!😚
