Almost to my first goal!
I’m so excited I have to tell someone. Everyone I know is sleeping right now haha before I had my daughter January 9th I was 240. Then I had her and 3 weeks later I was down to 210. I’ve fluctuated from 207-210 ever since then. Besides these last two weeks. My first weight loss goal was to get under 200. Well ladies I’m 203.8!! And sad to say I haven’t changed a ton lol besides drinking more water and less creamer in coffee 😭 and also eating less carbs. I’m just so happy because I’ve felt so down about myself. Once I get under 200 my weight loss goals will be small. 10lbs at a time. Big goals that don’t get accomplished discourage me. Here’s to getting my “mom bod” back. 😊😊
