I’m so confused

My boyfriend/father of my daughter of nearly five years went out of town to work. He breaks up with me out of nowhere and says it’s because of my attitude and he feels like I’m holding him back.. he won’t answer me on what he means by that but I’m so confused.. I thought we were doing good. Yes I have attitudes sometimes but I have my reasons and I tried explaining that to him.. I know it would get better if we had our own place because I can’t stand living with my family.. I’m so lost and confused..
