Should I have sex today?

So question! According to my chart I should be ovulating today. I did not take a LH test as I've been having symptoms that AF is coming soon. I had abdominal cramps most of the day, and my breasts started aching which since stopping my bc 3 months ago have been normal leading up to AF. But I also had some back cramps that lasted maybe an hour. This morning I have raw egg white like discharge, which I haven't had yet since stopping bc. My breats are still sore/achy today and abdominal cramping on and off. So should my husband and I have intercourse today or should we wait and see what tomorrow brings?
