Husband won’t see marriage counselling

Is there no point in fighting for this relationship anymore? We both have things we need to address in ourselves to make this work but he makes me feel like as if its only me who needs to completely change to make this work. He refused to see marriage counselling with me no matter how much I pleaded with him. I’ve been crying over it for a while but I’m pretty sure the best decision at this point is to leave. Am I wrong?
