Acne Transformations?

I'm wondering how many ladies out there overcame their acne, or if there are any women out there still struggling. We're all beautiful despite the blemishes, but we all know that acne can take a toll on our self esteem. 
Can I see some before and afters? I'm continuously struggling and it's been 3 years now. I need some hope!💙💛

I don’t have any pics on hand but I had bad cystic acne throughout college and on and off after. Went on antibiotics and it would clear up, then come back once I stopped.
I was given a gel cal Epiduo and that worked fairly well but was expensive AF. Like $200 a small bottle with insurance.
What ultimately worked for me was getting pregnant weirdly enough. My skin glowed when I was pregnant with my daughter and even after another pregnancy and years later it’s been so much better. I’m thinking maybe it got my hormones back in balance?
