The secret

Just curious...have any of you ladies actually gotten pregnant using The Secret or Law of Attraction?

For those of you that havent watched The Secret or read the book its basically about how our thoughts attract the things that we want. It teaches you to list the things you want in life, how to live your life as if you already have the things that you want and also be thankful.

I have personally experienced the law of attraction work for me several times but im just wondering if anyone secretly did this for pregnancy and achieved their pregnancy?
