Excruciating cramps

My S/O and I were in the middle of intercourse and I started to feel awful like throw up awful, I then told him to finish and ran to the bathroom feeling ill and in pain my stomach started to cramp so bad my period usually does not feel this way and I have missed my period by 7 days now and don’t see it coming. Maybe I’m pregnant maybe something is wrong I am scheduling an appt. but holy smokes it was so random. My emotions are everywhere too so maybe I’m just feeling ill because I’m not myself lately
