Stomach pain 5 months post partum

The other day I went for a walk with my daughter and had to push her up a hill. I noticed that evening my stomach (abs) were sore as if I did a crazy work out. They were tender and sore. My stomach also appeared bloated and fatter than usual. I had trouble sleeping because of the dull ache. So I went to my doctor who is not worth even talking to. She gave me 3 boxes of expired birth control last appointment because I told her the mini pill was causing me pain. She gave me free packs and said come back in 3 months for a prescription. She’s rude and rushes me.

Today I went to a walk in clinic for a second opinion. Neither doctors did an internal exam but this one felt my stomach. It was sore to touch! He dipped my urine and told me I have a slight infection and put me on Bactrum antibiotics. I have had UTIs before and this is different. I have no burning or pain. But my whole abdomen feels bruised and sore! Also during sex it felt as if my boyfriend was hitting a bone to the side. Like a wall. Not my cervix.

The mini pill was causing extreme bleeding, diarrhea , chills ; nausea and extreme abdomnen pains so I stopped it about 1.5-2 weeks ago. I haven’t bled since
