Tea tree oil

I have been using tea tree oil to treat my acne for avout 2 year, a little bit ago I found out you should dilute it. I never have and nothing has happened accept my skin being amazing (except the week before my period) im not sure if the one I use is already diluted, it doesn't say it is, at least not that I have seen. Its by the Body Shop. I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was actually that important?
