Postpartum headache/dizziness

So when I was pregnant I hated smell of coffee didn’t like it at all ! It would give me nasty headaches and would get very dizzy before pregnancy I did have vertigo , I had sex 5 weeks postpartum and I did see my doctor the next day and he cleared me ! Then I got the birth control February 11th and been in the Depo shot so today my SO made coffee I feel nauseous and grossed out what can it be ? They did test me at the doctors when I got birth control it was negative
