Ghosted again

I posted awhile ago about this dude ghosting me, well he came back saying he was “falling to hard for me blah blah” well my idiot self fell for that shit and I said cool, I’ll give you another chance. And guess what..... AGAIN! We haven’t talked since last Saturday and He hasn’t deleted me off anything but he hasn’t replied to me, it’s messing with my head and emotions because well I thought what we said towards one another was true, I was a child to believe it. Do I delete him off everything?
