Advice? 10 week old baby

I had sex with my fiancé on 14th Feb, condom broke. Got the morning after pill on the 15th and bled 6 days after that for about 4 days? Since then my boobs have been sore, got a coldsore, feel really rough, can’t seem to lose weight?

I did a test what would of made me 5w2d from Asda and it was a faint positive after looking at reviews it said loads of fake positive tests. That day same sample of wee, went and got a test from co op. 100% negative. I am on the pill and have been since March. I’ll be taking a test later to be sure. Has anyone had any similar stories or outcomes?😩
