When do you start shopping for the baby !! 👶🏻

Hi ladies 
I'm 17 weeks pregnant and my doctor told us that we're having a girl !!!💕💕
I want to know when do you start purchasing clothes and things for the baby ? And is the gender scan at 17 weeks reliable?

I was buying stuff as soon as I found out I was expecting. We had a gender scan done at 15 weeks and could clearly tell we are expecting a boy! We are now 32 weeks and he’s still a boy 😂

I bought all big items around week 26. We didn’t no the gender so bought a few gender neutral clothes in the last few weeks. 
Bought 2 packs of nappies (different brands) to see which I preferred. I didn’t do stock piling thank god as I’m on my 3rd different brand of nappy for my baby

I started shopping for diapers and gender neutral clothes at about 8 weeks... after my first dr appt... then started window shopping for the furniture, car seat and stroller at about 12 weeks (my husband and I are very picky and wanted to save as much money as possible so we wanted to take our time to price match). After 20 weeks when we found out the gender then we started buying everything! We were completely done by week 30.. which was the goal because I did not want to be in my third trimester still shopping for all the major stuff. Now all the stuff I do buy is like cute clothes, books and toys.. I am 33 weeks and we are 100% ready for our lil man 😊

I have already started (16w) We found out the gender Via blood test (12w) so I’ve been buying stuff since then. I’ve found great deals on the bigger stuff so we already have a swing and car seat.
