uti???

I can’t tell if I have a UTI... I’ve never had one before but my boyfriend and I had sex and I peed after but when I peed the next morning I felt like I still had to go after. When I did go, it would feel tingly after like I still had to go. I literally sit there forever making myself go more because when I stand up I feel discomfort like I have to go again. It doesn’t necessarily “hurt”, just feels weird. Also, today I’ve been noticing after I wipe the paper is slightlyyyyy pinkish and sometimes there’s a DOT of blood. Idk what to do, if might be a mild UTI but I can’t tell. I might also have a little irritation down there after sex... please help!
