Bleeding after sex whilst 32 weeks!

So me and my partner got a bit jiggy with it last night, and has fairly rough sex. (He went through that awkward man phase of not wanting sex because he thinks it’ll hurt the baby, he’s now over that) Go to the loo after only to discover I’m bleeding... look around for any tears, nope, nothing externally so it must be internal. Bleeding started at midnight last night and finished 12 hours later, could I have just been a friction tear or something happened? (Baby is moving fine and I’ve got no pain so I’m guessing everything is fine). P.S there isn’t a lot of blood at all. Maybe a few table spoons?
